About me
With a background in stand-up comedy, science, and teaching, my tours are both informative and entertaining. I am versatile and have adapted tours to suit anyone from families, children, teenagers, Major-Generals, professors and even corporate groups.
Interested in science but don’t know where to start? Well, the capital is jam-packed with ground-breaking scientific wonders. How about we visit the Royal Observatory Greenwich? I can show you where time begins, where the stars were first accurately mapped, why there was a race to measure time at sea! In the National History Museum, I can introduce you to a T-rex skeleton, the mystery of its tiny arms, and tell you why it probably had feathers. Using my Biological Science degree, I love to create and share science themed tours that are sure to leave you inspired and thirsty to learn more.
In addition to just providing tours, a service of mine includes putting together bespoke itineraries, be that for a half or full day tour or even several days. If you are not sure what to do in the time you have, rest assured I’ll help you make the most of it. We could tour on foot, by car, or even coach (with a private driver of course).
My walking tours explore the secrets of London’s streets from Spitalfields East London, aristocratic St James’s, prestigious Mayfair, City of London’s historic pubs, to Maritime Greenwich.
I can open your eyes to some of the finest museums in the world such as the Churchill War Rooms, British Museum, Imperial War Museum, and Royal Observatory Greenwich.
London has some of the best art in the history of Western Europe, and I would love to bring the art to life for you in galleries like the National Gallery and the Queen’s House in Greenwich.
I guide religious sites in London including the architectural masterpiece that is St Paul’s Cathedral and Westminster Abbey where monarchs are married, crowned, and buried.
Hear the captivating stories and history of royal palaces and castles such as Hampton Court Palace, Windsor Castle, and the Tower of London.
I can also take you on out-of-London day trips such as Stonehenge and Windsor Castle, and Coach Panoramic Tours of London.
I am fully insured, and a member of the Institute of Tourist Guiding, British Guild of Tourist Guides and Association of Professional Tourist Guides.
